  This office charged me $50 for cancelling an appointment several hours before it was scheduled. I had to work! I told them I work on commission and was asked to come in early that day to help. I REFUSE to pay the $50! So now I get a letter from the practice releasing me as a patient and turning me over to collections for the $50. UNBELIEVABLE! Sending someone to collections for not even a services rendered fee. They wasted postage and paper sending me that letter. I️ wasn’t planning on being a patient there again anyway. It took them 3 visits to figure out I has a sinus infection. When I went for hormone therapy I told the PA I knew I was low in Testosterone. She puts me on Progesterone right away, which I didn’t need. It gave me migraines and made me tired. Then they put me on a combination hormone topical cream, which did absolutely nothing. I had bloodwork done at Tampa Rejuvenation and they determined exactly what I suspected. Low T. They said the topical cream wasn’t making a difference. This place only cares about MONEY not patient care.
