  If I could give them less stars, I would. I want to clarify that Doctor Valencia & Arti are amazing, they are the only reason we have dealt with this office for a long 7 months since my second baby was born. Shame on me for keep going back, I really like the doctors, they are great with my kids, but since day one we've had issues with the office staff. They were training new people so we hoped things would get better, but you cannot teach someone how to swim, if you don't know how to do it yourself. They lack customer service skills, they are disorganized, condescending, and in many occasions even rude. If doctor Valencia and/or Arti ever switch practices, we will follow them, for now I am looking for another office who knows how to treat patients, answer the phone, and do their job properly.

  My Pediatrics was once great when Dr Hoyo Santiago was propiertor. Now it is Really bad. The front desk gives u nothing but a hard time and a bad attitude. The doctors here before really cared about your kids. Now you are nothing but a number. It’s No wonder why when you walk in the place is empty. So sad that this place has gone down the tubes.

  I have had the best experience every time I have taken my son here since he was a baby. Anytime I needed to bring him for illness they saw him immediately. The entire staff has been very professional and caring. I recommend this team of providers to any family.
